All over the world in the most diverse legal, illegal and popular cultural contexts the Glock handgun is the “weapon of choice.” The circulation of the object is fuelled by the myth surrounding it, enhanced by the meanings attributed to the weapon in different contexts. The documentary film explores the question of how the Glock came to be a status symbol in an economy of violence, how the company has profited from these associations and just how far violence is kept from the production facility in Austria.
